I am starting my own photography business and I would like to offer the best possible customer service. I would like to know if there is a way using that I can upload customer files and give the customer a password so that they can look at there album and choose which photographs they would like in hard copy?

Hi Angelo,

It sounds like our Password Protection feature would suit your needs. Please review the tutorial linked above and let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi Angelo Photography,

Thanks for sharing your question and congratulations on starting your photography business!

You can certainly upload files to your Yola website, however, at this time, it is only possible to protect pages using a password protection, where only 1 username and password will apply to all pages.

You can read more about password protection here: Adding Password Protection

One idea that I do have is uploading your client's images on single page websites which you could then create individual password protections for. You could then create links on your main Yola site to the individual sites containing separate passwords. Please keep in mind that with the Yola Free account you can create up to five websites, however, with Yola Silver you can create up to twenty five sites.
