Please help I am troubleshooting an email issue for Debbie@kidzforconservation.net email. Emails receiving and not sending. This issue is also on the Webmail portal. Please advise?

I've checked your Yola Mail account, and everything seems to be in order. I'm able to send e-mails from two different Yola Mail accounts of mine. Can you please clear your browser's cache and cookies for me and see if that helps? If not, please let me know, and I'll investigate further.

Our partner for Yola Mail has come back to us with this response:
"This account (debbie@kidzforconservation.net) was actually suspended by our Abuse team due to a violation to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which disabled the ability for this account to send email."
They asked us to ask you to run a virus and malware scan on the computer that you use to access your Yola Mail. Then please change the password of your Yola Mail account. To do this, log into your Yola account, go to the Yola Mail page, and click on the Change Password link below your Yola Mail mailbox.
Once done, please let me know on this thread, and we will be able to lift the suspension. Thank you for your cooperation.

Are you talking about Yola Mail? There is no Yola account in our system which has been registered under the e-mail address you provided. I will need to know your login e-mail or domain name to find your Yola account and assist you further.

Yes its Yola mail, my login mail is luis_hugom@apolo69.com, that works perfectly, the sales mail is ventas@apolo69.com and this is the one with the problem, my domain is www.apolo69.com

If the problem persists on your end, we would need to test it in your account directly by changing the password to this Yola Mail mailbox and try logging in or sending mails respectively. Do I have your permission to do that?

Please follow this thread for updates on the email problem you are experiencing. Yola Mail is experiencing an intermittent issue at our third party mail service provider, they are aware of the issue and working on resolving it right now. We will update that thread when we know more.
