Please help immediatly. Online Store is not loading, therefore is not working.

My online store is not loading. I need someones help, for I payed for this and I am so far not happy with the service. Please help me immediatly. Thank you.

Hi Samantha,

Please tell me about trying to get your store to load.

Hi Gop,

when I try to load my online store, it keeps blinking and says "OPEN Yola Online Store" "loading you store data..." When I press on Window>activity it says that there's one error. Please help!

Hi Samantha,

Your store loaded for me from your MyYola account. Please review our Getting Started tutorial for the Yola Online Store. If you are still struggling after that, please try to clear your cache and make sure you are running updated versions of Java and Flash. Also let us know the browser and version you are using in your reply.

I'm using Safari. I already tried to clear my cache and i made sure I was using updated versions of Java and Flash.

Hi Samantha,

Another user also has reported the inability to open the Store with Safari and they then switched to Chrome which did allow them to. Hopefully this may be an interim solution for you. Ref: http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/can...

There are some issues with Safari, at least on Macs, with the Yola sitebuilder at the moment.
