I can understand that this is very frustrating for you. The only way that someone can get into your account is if they know your username and password to begin with. It is quite difficult for us to verify your identity and be able to tell if you are the owner of the account etc. If you could submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org we can discuss this with you further from there.
