Band new to all of this and am trying to build my website. I have alot of questions. My business is transferring Photo images and sentiments onto ceramic tiles.
My questions are when someone is looking at the photos I posted into a gallery can they click on the them to see the imaged enlarged? I made a new page and named it "gallery"
is that what I was supposed to do or is there a gallery set up. When some one places an order I need them to be able choose from options to go along with their order. Tile size, photo and sentiment, or just add photo or sentiment and to be able to type the sentiment or saying to go on the tile. Am I able to do these things with your site. Those are just a few things to start. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks Kim

Hi Kim and welcome...

While the Paypal widget in the site builder currently does not have the features you want it is possible to go straight to the horses mouth so to speak and make one on the Paypal website and embed it in your YOLA website.

If you don't already have a Paypal account please drag a Paypal widget onto your page and sign up through the widget so that YOLA gets the credit for your sign up. ;) Once you have signed up delete the widget from your page as you will not be using it.

After you have an account:

1) Sign into your Pay-pal account https://www.paypal.com
2) Click the "Merchant services" tab in the horizontal menu
3) Click the "Buy Now Button" or the "Add to Cart Button"
4) Choose button type and enter name and payment details
5) Check the box to the left of "Add drop down menu with price options"
6) Name your menu items (size, color... ect) and set your price for each item, size or color.
7) Check the box to the left of "Add text field" and type in something along the lines of "Please add your sentiment here"

To make sure that you never over sell your product:

8) Click the "Track inventory, profit and loss" blue bar and then check the "Track inventory" box
9) Enter the "Item ID" and input your quantity and alert quantity

10) When done editing click "Create Button"
11) In the next window and in the (Website) code box click the "Select Code"
12) Right click on the highlighted text and click "Copy"
13) Open your site editor and drag an HTML widget where you need it
14) In the HTML widget paste the code
15) Then Preview or Update your site or page

Do this for each of your items.

Here is a thread relating to adding a Flickr gallery to your site.

I hope that helps you out and happy site building.
Ed

I pay now to have my art done on tile and I really am not going to be able to price where I need to be until I can print on my own....I look forward to seeing your site when you get it up and going....Maybe I will look into the process you use....Oh flickr is part of yahoo and I think you do still have to create a yahoo ID....Just go to http://www.flickr.com/ and I am sure you can figure it all out ....If I did anyone can

thanks, I started doing my site and I actually have it up as I am working on it, so many people kept asking if I had a website. So I put it up so they could see some of the work and prices. Alot of the pics. I have to redo. Some are not actually the tiles they are from the program I use for doing some of the layouts. Some need to have better pictures taken. I have been just playing to see how to get pics on. the site is Kimskreativekeepsakes.yolasite.com

You might want to consider resizing the image on your home page to get a faster load. That is pretty large file....You can still make it look the same size as it appears on your site just re-size it in whatever image editor you use....Do "save as" in different sizes and see what works best for you in appearance and your page loading faster.
