I have 2 domain names registered with netregistry. I had them both pointed to the yola website and everything was working fine. 1 of the domains no longer works. It says it is parked. I am not sure how to get it pointed back to my yola website to get it working again. I have logged into netregistry and tried re-pointing the domain name with the yola number in the A section and have waited 48 hours to see if it worked.

"parked" ?
In netregistry ?

Simply do a domain IP lookup at ip-lookup.net/domain.php and make sure that it's pointing correctly.

Hello Tracey.edie,

I am sorry you are having this problem. Would you please be able to tell us what the domains are they you are pointing to your Yola site?

Many thanks for working with us on this.

Hello Tracey,

It seems you have duplicate A records. One pointing to Yola's IP and the other to 202.124.241.178
Can you please remove this one and then you should be able to add your domain.

I hope this helps.

Hi someone (I don't think it was me??) has been able to remove the above IP address. Now www.qssouthbrisbane.com.au works , but www.qssb.com.au does not work. How do I get both domains to work, please?

Hello Tracey,

It seems you need to re-add your domain.

If you would like both to be published to the same site, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Yola account and make sure you are on the "My Sites" page.
2. Click on "Advanced settings" next to the the "Open" button.
3. Make sure the correct site name is selected on the drop-down list on the right.
4. Click on "Assign my domain name to a new site".
5. Choose which site you would like the domain assigned to.
6. Click on "Save".
7. Once done, you will be able to choose which domain is the primary domain and the one the other domain will redirect to.

If you have pointed more than one domain purchased elsewhere to Yola and would like both to be published to the same site, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Yola account and make sure you are on the "My Sites" page.
2. Click on "Domains" on the left-hand side.
3. Under "Add a domain you already own", click on "Want to keep your domain registered with another registrar?".
4. Fill in your domain name, choose the site you would like to publish it to and click on "Add".
5. Once added, you will be able to choose which domain is the primary domain and the one the other domain will redirect to.

I hope this helps.

I do not want to point to the index page with both domains, but to a second page within the website for the second domain. Can you please tell me how to do this.

Thank you
