I am adding poppydog registrarion and have been advised that to password protect majority of my site I need to add code to all my pages. however they have advised if i can add code into the HEAD section, this can be done, by editing the template?

can you advise if this is possible?

you could add the poppydog password protection to the header by

1. click site
2. click site settings
3. click site tracking code
4. paste the password protect code from poppydog into the header section.

wait a couple of minutes after saving

although its a good way to quickly password protect to all pages at once i don't recommend doing it as you lose your home page to the poppydog registration system

this is quite annoying so i just put a html widget at the top of my pages and just add the poppydog code to the pages that i need password protection on.

if you do this you can paste the code that says 'html code for a login box'
and put that in a corner of your page aswell.

the login box can also be put in the header which i have done on my site and looks pretty good

if you need any poppydog help just ask as i have been using it a while.

if you want an example look at my site for ideas :)
