The Premium styles don't continue if you downgrade. I don't know if there is an auto substitution but at worst your site will be unpublished, but still within My Yola until you re-select a relevant style.

What style are you currently using? Unless you are utilising the secondary menu functions then it's probable that you can pick something almost identical from the non-premium styles.
