I am using this on one of my sites and thought some of you might like it as well.
This tool will generate a generic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy statement for use with your web site.

Hi Lee,

I thought you may like this! What I've actually done is create a contact
site (as opposed to one contact form) The site is going to be linked to from two seperate sites. The site contains 4 contact forms, 3 for listing options plus a general "contact us" form.

It also has tutorials on how to upload photos, impliment the snap shot tool, the TOS, "about us" page, FAQ's and privacy policy. I thought it would be easier to have all the boring stuff on one site instead of updating two sites every time. It's still a work in progress, so don't be to critical and don't look at the banners yet.

This it two solid weeks of work:

P.S. Yes they are JotForm's that I've made to look like FormAssembly forms.

Hey Al, I'm a bit worried about sharing the buttons code because it has a strange effect in the site builder. It looks fine in the published site though.
Do you still want it ??

If you need a better (wizard) TOS and Privacy Policy generator , use legalriver.com

I've a question ,

will they know YOUR site's structure , restrictions , etc ?

DO IT YOURSELF!
