any help would be greatly appreciated,

When you copy from Word to the builder you must take it through something like Notepad. Word adds a lot of formattiing codes which are not understood by the HTML editors in sitebuilders. This can cause all sorts of problems.

Gop is correct in that when you use Word to edit your site's content it adds extra extraneous unseen bits of code which adversely effects the way your site is viewed as well as could impact future editing of your site as you have found out.

It is recommended that you use Firefox to edit your site for it is the preferred and safest browser to use with Yola in addition to having a built in spell checker which you will find most useful.

As to your current issue of not being able to change the font try:

1) Copy all the text from the text widget and past it into notepad
2) Highlight and copy the text once it appear in the notepad text document
3) Drag a fresh text widget onto your page and paste the copied text into it
4) Change your text size, font and color using the text widget's toolbar
5) Delete the old text widget
6) Preview your page to verify your changes

Do this for all the text widgets that you have used Microsoft word to edit your site with to remove all likelihood that you run into problems later.

If you have used Word to edit your site you should take a moment to view your published site using both Firefox and Internet Explorer side by side. You will notice that your site will look remarkably different in the two browsers. This is not due to Yola or the site builder but the little added bits of code that Word leaves behind which messes up the way that IE views your site.

Happy site building
