problem getting to the page to pay for domain!

I am trying but I keep getting "we are having a problem with our server" message when I try to pay YOLA for my domain. Been going on for a week or more.

Tried SUPPORT (?). Less than helpful responses!

Anyone have a solution. I have 50 days to get this paid.

I've tried to find your account in our system, but I couldn't find you using the e-mail address you provided, and I don't have other information to use for searching you. Can you please post the e-mail address that you use to log into your Yola account or the URL of your Yola website? Thanks.

I built this site (pharrsouth.com) for my community of seniors, which does not have a CC. I do not want to place my CC on the account. I want to pay via Paypal, but I cannot get to the payment screen.

This is a known bug that is just about to be fixed. In the meantime an engineer of ours will fix it for your account individually, and we'll keep you posted once it's solved. Thank you for your patience.
