I'm have a problem uploading products. I export all my products and then amend them in the .csv file, but when I upload them back into my online store, the photos don't come up? I've put them in the image column.
I suspect this is to do with the image addresses.
Can you give me an example of a typical image address?
If you delete previous records before importing the new version, the image files may be removed from the storage and therefore won't be available. It's always good to store your images in your file manager for this reason and if you need to, or maybe if there is some inadvertent mishap, then you can call them up again from your file manager.
The other way of doing this is to only replace/update the fields that need to be redone. This preserves the non-updated fields and replaces the fields you wish to change.
