Hi All

This is just to let you know that we are experiencing a glitch on one of our servers. The symptom will be that your site will fail to load in the site builder. Published sites are NOT affected.

We expect to be back to normal in a few minutes. Check this thread for updates.

Our apologies for the interrupted service!

Hi Alex -I agree with you. We currently have a known issue that causes these glitches. Our engineers are working on a permanent solution but it is taking a while. We are getting a lot closer though. In the meantime key people in the company get a text message everytime there is a problem and we swing into action to get everything back to normal as fast as we can. Even so, we know this is unacceptable and want to get to a permanent solution as soon as we can.

@Kent - thank you. But the greatness on this belongs to the engineers. I am just one of the messengers :)
