I hope to explain what is happening here. While you have successfully paid for the renewal of your domain, you still need to renew your Yola Bronze hosting subscription. This is needed in order to use your custom domain with your site.
When you first signed up, the domain and domain hosting package were tied together. As a consequence, when you renewed your domain, it automatically renewed the Yola Bronze hosting subscription. We have now separated these two to give more flexibility to our Yola users. Now, you need to renew each item separately.
To renew your Yola Bronze hosting, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your Yola account.
2. Click "Account" on the left-hand menu.
3. Click the "Renew subscription" link.
4. Follow the steps to make your payment and renew your subscription.
