I have a page on my site that is a blog page. I have added a post but it is cut off. It shows up fine when I typed it and when I want to edit it, but you cannot see anything but the title when you are on the site. Also, on this blog page things are now stretched out, a lot. Before it was more compact and readers could see most of the page without scrolling to the right very much. Not the case anymore. I need help with my post and can the blog page be made smaller like before?

Here is the page in question

P.S. - while you are looking at my site maybe you can answer another ? for me. I recently changed my background color from purple to white. When I view my site from the web, not thru Yola, the purple still comes up for a second before the new color loads. Is there a way to make the purple not come up anymore?

If you click on "Change Background" and then change the fill to white, it should solve the problem - let us know if it doesn't :)

Hi Katie,

The problem you are seeing is because you've added extra code to your site that is affecting the display. In your most recent post, can you make sure that only this is in the post:

<!--
<img class="alignleft " title="famousfootwear" src="http://mojosavings.com/wp-content/upl..." alt="famousfootwear 300x85 Famous Footwear: 20% Off Printable Coupon" height="85" width="300">
<a href="http://email.famousfootwear.com/hoste..." target="_blank"><br></a><p><a href="http://email.famousfootwear.com/hoste..." target="_blank">GO HERE </a>to print coupon for 20% off of your entire purchase at Famous
Footwear. If you prefer to order online, use coupon code: MARIE at
checkout. Exp. 2/27/10</p><p></p><p><img src="resources/00orangeline.jpg" style="width: 325px;"></p>
-->

Remember not to include <!-- and --> those are here to stop the code from being interpreted in the post.

To get to the HTML of the post, open the post to edit it and click on the HTML button on the text editing toolbar.

Will you let us know how that goes and if it solves the problem? There may be other code on your page that is affecting things, but I'd like to get this one out the way first.

Thank you, both of the items answered helped. What about the blog page now looking so much larger than it did before? Any ideas

Never mind, fixing the code fixed that problem as well. Thanks so much, have a good night!
