Problem renewing domain registration

I have been trying to renew my domain ( that expires on April 5, 2012. However when I click on the renew button I get the following error:

{'channel_error': u'Basket started with product (sku=40000061,type=gxbo_silver_bundle) not compatible with this channel (name=myyola_renew_silver,allowed_types=silver_bundle_renewal)', 'error': 'channel_error'}

The error occurs both in IE8 and in Chrome.

Gop is correct. The error message you are seeing is a bug that affects customers on the GYBO from renewlng their subscription.

We are really embarrassed that you got the error. We are working on sorting this out, but in the meantime I can promise that we will not allow your package to expire and we will give you the opportunity to renew as soon as this is working as it should.
