I cannot see some of the pictures I have loaded when I go to my website. This problem has been really bad since Yola's latest upgrade. I've checked my site on several computers. Same thing, sometime different pictures are missing. I've also had some of my customers complain about the same thing. What's wrong? My site is www.reddingestatesales.com

Hello Dave,

Yes some pics are missing, do you see them when your editing your site? If not check your pointing to them correctly, ie: resources/img.jpg. Your images are large,
are they to large, do you still have room in storage on Yola? If all is good try to republish sometimes works.

I see all of the pictures when editing my site. I've always used this size image. It is less than the size recommended by Yola. I've been using FireFox to edit my site per info from Yola that it is more compatible than IE. Is it possible that's the problem? Have lots of room in storage. I've erased all pictures from storage expect for pictures (no more than 10-12) that I have on permanent pages.

Stefan,

I just went to my web site. Clicked on the page "Pre-sale items". Pictures 1-4 are visible. #5 is blank (shows as a white blank with a little "x" in the upper left corner. #6 is visible. #7 is not. The rest of the pictures on that page are OK. Clicked on the page "More Pictures". Pictures 1-8 are visible. Pictures 9-13 are blank with the little "x". Rest of the pictures show. Closed my website and reopened it. Different pictures showing this time with different pictures missing. This problem is not with just one computer. I have the same problem with my two computers at home as well as with my computer at work.
Need help figuring this one because it is frustrating to post pictures to sell our products and not have them visible. Dave

I might mention also that when I called tech support, the tech looked at my site for 15 minutes and said he saw all my pictures when I couldn't. Then he went to another computer and came bck and told me that he couldn't see all of my pictures on the second computer. He said they would work on the issue and get back to me, but I've never received a reply saying the problem was fixed. This problem is rather recent. I can't remember having this issue prior to recent updates on the site.

Hi Dave and tehjaywen,

We understand it is terribly frustrating when you are experiencing a problem that is difficult to reproduce as it makes it nearly impossible for us to troubleshoot and resolve.

Dave, in reviewing your email support history it sounds like a review of your source code showed that you had text copied onto your website from a rich text editor. Have you had a chance to review that and remove all the unwanted formatting code per the instructions in the email? I know it seems unrelated but unwanted code from rich text editors cause a host of problems that can cause your website to display inconsistently which explains why we see it sometimes and not others.

tehjaywen, the advice above may well apply to you also as I had no problem seeing your site selector buttons as shown in the screenshot below.
