Problem Verifying for Google indexing

How can I verify my site to index it on google? I am UP to this step - https://www.google.com/webmasters/ver... But i Dont understand where to upload that file,i tried with a file widget,but i can't upload it... Please help with details... PS My site is www.witcher.yolasite.com
