Problem when logging in!! Help!!!

Hello all. I read all threads in here about log in problems and i see that all people could log in after some tries. I CAN'T! I could log in yesterday but today it says Email/Password mismatch!! I tried 5-10 times changing password but still same results!! I can't log in to my site!! What happened?? Email is not mistyped, i can log in on my hotmail account but i can't on yola! Please help me asap!

Have you tried to clear cache and cookies of your browser yet? We're not aware of general login problems at the moment. If you keep having difficulty, please send us your request via e-mail as we cannot deal with login problems on our public Support Forum.

Yeah! I can't login into my account! Please help me! I tried to login and login and it always say that it mismatch, I also tried to send it to my yahoo and I recieve it but after I change my password I can't still login into my account! I have cleared my cache and cookies of my browser! Can you fix it? Here's my email: crossfire_vip11@yahoo.com

I dont seem to be able to log in to edit my site either/change my password. The site looks like its broken! - see attached

Hi Fiona,

I can see Yola.com is not loading completely for you but our site is up. Can you try loading Yola.com from a different browser or network? You can also take a look at the initial troubleshooting section of this tutorial and let us know how it goes.

I have tried using Firefox and IE - neither of these work. Is your site no longer compatable with these browsers?

Yes, Yola supports Firefox, Internet Explorer 9-11, Chrome, and Safari (supported browsers). Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps Laura mentioned above, especially clearing cache and cookies?
