Problem with Blog

I have a problem with my blog, it wont let me upload any pictures to it and at the top of the page there's an outline of a box which I can't remove and below that it says

"Given URL is not permitted by the application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the application configuration. It must match one of the Connect or canvas URLs or the domain must be the same as or a subdomain of one of the application's base domains."

I have no idea what this means and I didn't change anything on my blog or website before this message came up.

Hello Aveline,

This is a new one for me.

My only suggestion is to clear your browser cache and retry. I hope that this gets you up and going. If it doesn't would you mind confirming this once again?

Good luck

Do you know if you can currently upload pictures to a non-blog page? I guess specifically the picture that you are wanting to place in your blog?

Yeah I can and I have done that, there are no problems with the other pages, just the blog and it isn't just one photo, it's any photo.

Hi Aveline,

I see you have several websites in your account. Can you please paste the link to your blog so we can take a look at this for you?

Thanks for that Aveline.

Can you try using some HTML to place your image:

<img src="resources/image-name.jpg" >
(The .jpg may be .png or .gif or most other image file types.)

Hi Aveline,

I'm able to see the error now. I need to consult with a colleague for help with figuring out what might be causing this. We'll follow up with you here when we know more.

Hi Aveline,

The error message is being caused by the addition of the Facebook Comment Widget at the bottom of your blog page. You can remove the message by removing this Widget. We are looking into why this is happening and will let you know as soon as we have an update.

Hello Aveline,

Laura has asked if I might be able to assist. There seems to be a confluence of events that are occurring. I am still trying to work on this and will need to speak with an engineer about why this is happening.

As it is the weekend, the earliest I can get back to you is on Monday. I do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
