Problem with Disqus verification

Can you help me? Disqus will not e-mail verification to my e-mail. I checked & rechecked my account e-mail is correct.

Hi Country Gal,
I did a bit of searching around the Disqus help for some information on this. I did find a blog posting where another person was having an email notification problem. Disqus said: "Make sure that the box "Receive emails from Disqus" is checked and you are good to go."

Here is a link to this thread in their blog: not receiving comment notification. Give this a try, if it doesn't work there is a place to leave a comment on Disqus' blog thread.

They are not telling you right. I have checked and rechecked and in the lines I copied from Disqus below, it has the right e-mail and the box is checked beside receive email from Disqus. And enable for website.

Send email notifications to (my right e-mail is typed here)
Receive emails from Disqus (this has a box and it is checked)
Enable for websites I moderate ( this has a box and it is checked)

I have tried everyway to do it, I think the problem is in Dusqus. I ran into a conversation today on Twitter with others having the same problem I am having.
I hope you can help me!
Also I was trying to figuare out which Disqus URL is mine. Is it the one when I am on my profile page?

Hello Country Gal,
Sorry you are still having this problem. Have you submitted a support request to Disqus. The have a forum here on Get Satisfaction http://getsatisfaction.com/disqus. They will probably be able to point you in the right direction. You could also try leaving another comment on that blog post from above that it isn't working for you. Please let us know how it goes.
