if u have got a free account with yola EG: yola free then you can't add your custom domain to your site. if u have yola silver then you can do that.
or
you can transfer your custom domain to yola (you need to wait until 60 days of purchase and make sure your domain is unlocked so you can transfer it to yola)

Hello Graniteam,
I'm sorry to hear that it's been a difficult process to get your domain working with your site. Can you please share with us your domain name and we can check to see if the domain is correctly configured? I'm sure that we will get this sorted out!

BUT THIS IS THE ISSUE, its not working there is some kind of bug you not fixing and always relating it to the DNS!
Go type www.graniteam.com you will see you get to yola.(with and without www)
so DNS is correct, BUT TRY TO PUBLISH the site with that domain its impossible it say "not avaliable" screenshot attached:

follow these instructions
Your domain is pointing to Yola!
Now you just need to publish your site and you're done!
Log into your account and open your site in the Sitebuilder.
If your site is unpublished, click on "Publish to the web" and then choose "I already own my domain name". Follow the steps until your site is published.
If your site is published to a subdomain, click on the down-arrow next to "Publish to the web" to open the Publishing Settings and publish your site to a domain you already own.

Hello Graniteam,
I know that this has been quite frustrating. I believe you are nearly there! For your www one - please have it pointing to 184.72.229.176, not @. This should resolve the issue. Please let us know how this goes.

Thanks for trying this. Now, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the settings to propagate. Let's leave this for a bit and then after the time has lapsed, please try again and let us know if you're still having issues. If so, please email support@yola.com so we can follow up.

Hello Graniteam,
Your domain looks to be properly pointed to me. If you are still receiving the error message that it is not pointed when you try to publish this could be a bug. I'd like to give this a try in your Sitebuilder myself and see how it functions, but for that I need your account details which I do not want to get here on the forum. Can you please email me at support@yola.com and mark it Attn: Emmy and I will pick it up and continue with you from there.
Thanks much,
Emmy
