Problem with resizing banner image

I'm trying to resize my banner image but it won't save. I've had the image on my website since starting it a couple of months ago so I know that the actual image is ok, but I've now changed to a different layout design. I can resize the banner image but there's nothing to click on to save it. I did wonder if it saved automatically when you click on the 'X' to come out of the 'resize image' screen but it doesn't. The route I use is Style > Edit Banner > Resize Banner Image.

Hi MMM,

Could you tell us the template style you have switched to and your site URL as well?

Not all banners appear to be created equal and moving from one style to another with your banner may need a bit of banner image manipulation.

I know that my banner may need manipulation - that wasn't the problem. I asked how to SAVE the banner image AFTER I'd manipulated it. As you will see from the screen shot below, there is nowhere to click and SAVE my changes:

Hi
Its not shown on your screen shot but you need to click on 'OK' which is below the 'Keep aspect ratio' this will automatically resize your image and place it on the selected page, if this is not happening you will need further help from a Yola rep.

I think you're referring to the file menu for the actual browser which will only save the page.

Yes. Thank you very much David.

The image of the sitebuilder is part screen and I just couldn't get my head around it. As soon as you gave the solution it gelled.

Thank you for attending to this.

No problem, I've seen you've been busy on the forum this last week or two, maybe you should apply for a discount on your next renewal, lol.
Have a good new year.

David, thank you so much - you understood what I meant! I only get a part-screen showing so there is no 'ok' or 'save' to click on. please could someone help me to find the rest of the screen?! Thank you!

It will be best to try in another Browser such as Chrome or Firefox, Yola works best on them and these such errors do not happen as much

Thank you, Sam, I've got Chrome (as well as IE) so I'll try that instead :-)

Hello MillyMollyMandyB,

You can also try zooming out on that page using Ctrl - (minus).

If you still have issues, please let us know.

Thanks, Sanja. I've got it sorted out now by using Chrome instead of IE!
