Problem with sub-menus

I have just redone a section of my site to accommodate the new sub menus. But now I'm having an issue with the page navigation. One problem and one feature missing:

Missing feature:
1. I used to be able to give the page a different URL name, display name (in navigation), and alt/ hover name. That doesn't seem to be available now. If it is, please let me know how.

Problem/ Bug:
2. More importantly, there seems to be a bug with the page updates. I tried renaming/ moving around the pages within the sub-menu, as well as the top-level page. However, after publishing, the changes aren't reflected on the live site. There seems to be a disconnect between my edits and what I see on the published site. After publishing I tried viewing the live site on multiple browsers and computers.

Here's what I'm seeing:

Live (not right):

Hello JKedy

It is possible to change the hover text and label text.

To do this, just go to Page > Page Manager and then you'll see a list of the pages in your site. Here's a snap shot:

To edit the label and hover text for a navigation link, just click on the "Edit" link:

After you click on "Edit" you'll see this:

Regarding your second problem, it must be a problem with the Yola site servers.

An employee will be able to help more on your second problem.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Nathan Johnson

Hi, Jkedy,

Nathan has given great instructions for problem #1. Can you please give us an url for problem #2 so we can take a look?

Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache? You can read more about how to do this at this link: http://www.google.com/support/account...

It's probably nothing to do with the cookies because Jkedy said they tried on multiple browsers and computers and it still didn't work.

Nathan - thanks for the tip regarding issue #1. I was clicking "Rename" and for some reason I thought "Edit" was for editing the page or page properties.

Diane - clearing my cache was the first thing I tried. I'm still seeing this issue now. And just now, when I clicked on "The Books" I'm getting "Oops! This link appears to be broken." I want back to the index and "The Books" had changed to "Books" in the navigation. I clicked on that and got the same broken link message.

My site is at http://www.jason-bourne-books.com/ and the issue is happening with "Books" or "The Books." If you look at the image above, you'll see that under the correct "Books" page, you can see the "Bourne Betrayal" which doesn't show up under the wrong "The Books."

I'm very concerned because this is the live site that's intermittently breaking.

By the way, now the Books page has changed to "Jason Bourne Books" in the navigation - still broken on live.

Hello JKedy,

I'm sorry to hear you are having some trouble with this. I have just taken a look at your site and the pages all seem to be loading as they should for me, I am attaching a screen shot of the "Books" page and what I am seeing, is this what it should look like?

Are you still unable to see your page? If so, can you please try clearing your browser's cookies.
