problem with the 'renew early' links in your email

Your renewal service email has dead links. I have tried both the 'renew early' links in the standard email you sent this morning and neither work. And when I go to the website I cannot for the life of me work out how to pay you the money you require in order to renew my domain. Either I am doing something exceptionally dim or something isn't working quite as it should. Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks for letting us know alun, we've contacted our marketing team to investigate the link problem you reported. Sorry for the error!

You can renew your domain from your MyYola account. Please log into your account and click on the "Domains" link on the left-hand side. Your domains will be listed at the top of the page, click on the "Renew" button to renew your domain.

Laura, I meant to say that I have also done that -- but I simply cannot see a 'renew' button after clicking through to Domains. I'm using Safari, btw.

Hi alun,

The links seem to be working properly. Can you please ensure you are logged into your account and then try this link? Also, would you mind forwarding the email with the link that didn't work for you to support@yola.com ATTN: Laura so we can continue to investigate?

Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Bart,

We never heard back from alun. Would you mind forwarding the email with the link that didn't work for you to support@yola.com ATTN: Laura so we can continue to investigate?

I can also send you a working link once I know your domain name.

Hello alun

I tried to find your e-mail in our system by using the e-mail address you use for this forum, but I couldn't find it, and it seems we didn't receive it. Can you please send it again as Laura advised? Thanks.
