I'm taking it that you can't even access yola.com, is that right? When I look at your login e-mail address for our Community Forum, I can see that it contains MTN, so I presume that MTN is your internet service provider.
If you're experiencing problems accessing yola.com and your ISP is MTN or Afrihost using MTN, this is a known issue which can be solved. Other Yola customers who experienced the same problem have contacted MTN Support and were able to fix it with their assistance.
These are the steps they shared with us:
Start > Control panel > Network & Sharing Centre > Change Adapter Settings > Right-click on Active Connection > Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 > Use the following DNS server addresses > Preferred DNS server > 220.127.116.11 > Alternate DNS server > 18.104.22.168 > check Validate Settings on exit > OK and Restart PC
