Problems deleting my account/canceling my subscription(s)

Hi,
I would like to cancel my account, but when I try to do so, I get and error message that I still have active subscriptions. I followed the tutorial of how to cancel my subscriptions, but I'm not given a "cancel" option. I also deleted my mailbox as well.
I loved working with Yola; you guys have excellent customer service and the platform was very easy to use. Unfortunately, I've closed down my business so I no longer need the service.
