Problems loading Yola.com

We are aware of the problems with loading the Yola website at this time. Our engineers are working on the problem and we hope to be back up soon.

Published sites are not affected.

Apologies to anyone trying to log in and edit their site!

Yes Nathan, that error was part of the problem. We are getting close to a solution but still watching before we let everyone know. It has gone up and down like crazy so we need to let it stabilize.

Hi,
I originally had a website when you were synthasite and although I was told I could still keep that site going, I have not been able to edit it for ages. I decided to start again and created another website on the yola domain. After several hours uploading/editing, etc, you can imagine my disappointment when I came to publish it to the web and found that your site was down. Never mind, I thought, it'll be up and running soon. That was Thursday! I still can't get it when I google it??? Yet I can access it through my e-mail link, but then again that's no use to me, I want it to be available on the web. Can you advise please?

hate to do this to you Hun, but I have spent the last 15 mins penning a reply to this problem to Yola Support, only to find that when I pressed 'send' it came up with the message, 'We had problems acknowledging this request!!' The technical info has been lost to the 'ether 'so to speak! I don't have the sort of time that is obviously required when you are availing yourself of a free service. The adage, what you see is what you get, obvioulsly applies with Yola!! i.e. If you aren't prepared to pay expect the problems!!I haven't got the time to sort out your problems or be technically sabotaged by mine!! You sing a good song but we are obviously out of tune with each other. I don't like being taken for a ride!! I certainly will not be advocating your service to any of my friends.

I'm also sorry to hear you are so frustrated with your sitebuilding experience. We want all of our users, free or paid, to be satisfied with Yola so if there is anything I can do to assist you in this regard, please let me know.
