problems with automatic renewal of site

I was planning on renewing my website this weekend, but you have somehow already charged the expired card I had on file. So I go to my homepage and it says my domain is going to expire on 9/21/12 and to renew now. But under account it says my yola silver account expires on 9/9/13. Can you please tell me what is going on. My site is thanks.

To explain this:

Your Domain and your Hosting Plan are separate charges and, in your case, have different expiry dates.

You need to pay for each of these separately. Both are required to successfully publish your site to your custom domain.

Your Silver is your hosting plan.

Hello Michelle

Checking your Yola account in our system I can confirm what Gop was assuming. Your domain and your hosting package are separate products which you will need to renew separately if they're not set to auto-renew.

Your domain is on manual renewal now and will expire in 4 days from today. To keep your domain, please update your payment method by going to your My Yola dashboard and clicking on "Payment Methods" in the left-hand side menu.

If your new credit card has the same number and you just need to update the expiry date of your card, you will probably need to remove your old card entirely from the Payment Methods in your My Yola, and then add it again with the new expiry date.

Once done, please click on "Domains" and then on the "Renew" button next to your domain in order to renew your domain and keep your Yola website online.
