problems with check out from Bookstore

It has been brought to our attention by a customer that when they went through "check out" from our Bookstore, they could see the personal information of the previous person who placed an order on the Bookstore!
Another problem is that when someone places an item in their "Bag" it always automatically selects the "Estimated Shipping" of the previous order. (EG. Someone placed a 'pick up' order with no Shipping Charges; the next order I received from across the country SHOULD have had Shipping Charges, but when the person checked out it automatically was still showing the previous selection of no Shipping Charges - so they thought it must be special promotion or something & did not change the Shipping Charges!

Can you tell us what your site domain is? Happy to look at what happens as a customer.

The shipping issue sounds like an error in the shipping setup.

If the memory issue of customer information is happening with trial purchases then suggest that you clear your browser cache and see if this resolves.
