Problems with Link color in Blog Posts

I have recently been experiencing some problems with the color of my links in my blog posts; naturally the links are a dirty brownish color which I certainly do not want, meaning I change the links to the color blue, yet for some reason the past day or two, no matter how much I try and change the link color, it won't change and stays brown, meaning my posts are beginning to look a little unattractive!

I really need this sorted out as soon as possible; therefore, any suggestions?

Hello there,

First of all, which links in your blog do you want to change? Links within the actual posts, or links that are automatically generated (Such as heading, category etc). Or perhaps both? Well I'll explain how to for both of them.

For links in your content (blog post) you need to do the following.Click 'blog manager to view your post dashboard. Then, click on the post you'd like to edit. In the top toolbar, you'll see a button labelled HTML. Click it.

Now your post will be displayed in HTML. In the places you'd like links, paste the following code:

<a style="text-decoration: none; color: #000000; font-weight: bold;" href="YOUR URL">TEXT</a>

You can change text-decoration, color etc, and substitute your URL and text that will be displayed as the link.

Next up, changing blog generated links (Only if you have Yola Silver)

In the toolbar, click 'Style' then 'Edit Custom CSS'

Now in the dialogue box that pops up, in the blank space paste the following:

div.sys_blog a:link{
color: #96C606;

Once again, you can change font size, color and decoration. Be sure that 'Disable CSS Overrides' is not checked, else your custom code will not work.

I hope this information is what you were looking for! Let me know if you need any other help.

Kinda regards,
