Problems with Publishing new content?

I've recently updated my website with all new images. Once done, I saved the changes, and then Published my website again (it is now showing published, and available for all to see). The problem is that when I go to my site, the old contet is what comes up. If I keep going back and forth between my pages, a new page will come up occassionally. I'm finding the same problem when I view my website on my iPhone as well, so I doubt it's my browser settings.

Also, I have deleted cookies, and history etc... on my computer and iPhone. Still the same thing happens.
Can anyone help?

Actually i have the same problem. I just published a new sales page for Halloween. Sometimes the old page comes up, sometimes the new page and sometimes with content on the page for either the old or new page or sometimes when you click on the problem page, the 404 error comes up. I also did the erasing of cookies, history etc., but now I got a flood of complaints from customers wanting to know why I sent them an update that doesn't work. So I would say this is a bigger problem.
I need help as well. Tomorrow is Halloween and my sales page is already losing me customers. Help Please. :)

I am also having the same problem. People overseas telling me they can see their features however people here are saying they see the old page

I sure hope someone can help us with this quick. I'm frustrated seeing this old content (inconsistantly) after working so hard on updating my site.

I posted the same question in the Forums earlier today. It's been 11 hours and not a single reply. I also emailed Admin and there hasn't been a reply either. I certainly hope that my money hasn't been wasted on a dysfunctional customer service team

We apologize for this trouble. We did have some earlier glitches with our publishing. We have since resolved it. Please try republishing your sites and let us know if the issues are still occurring.

If the problems are still persisting, can you please share your domain so that we can take a closer look at this.

We are still on our Christmas break. So, we may not be able to get back to you until January 2, 2012 but hopefully the problem will be resolved!

I tried to change the photo in the upper left of the page, and as far as I can tell I have changed it. However, when I refresh the page, sometimes I see the old picture (grey background), sometimes the new picture (gold background) and now and then no picture at all. I cleared my cookies, but this problem persists. Thanks for your prompt reply!

Hello arual1248,

Thanks for sharing your URL. I do see the issue you're speaking of. Have you since republished your site? If not, please try doing this and then try clearing the cache as well. This is a separate procedure than clearing the cookies.

Please let us know how this goes.

I started my own thread before realizing this one was open with a similiar (or the same) issue. I too am having this problem and my site isn't published yet. I am planning on publishing it this Sunday but at this point I fear adding anything or making changes because I am not sure what is being saved.

I'm really sorry to miss this one. I saw the thread but didn't see your post so far down.

There have been a few posts regarding difficulties with publishing and I suspect they are related. There doesn't seem to be anyone around so no-one to take note and alert the engineers. They will probably be on deck within a couple of hours so will see it then.

So sorry to hear this. I see that when you reported this issue, it was a few hours ago. I have just tried republishing my site and I did not have any troubles. I wonder if it was a hiccup? Please can you try again and let us know if you're still having some issues?

I'm pleased to say that my site has finally updated, so it appears there was a glitch yesterday. Sorry for being impatient, but that's just me!
