Promised discount for a Silver upgrade

Dear Customer Support,
We are a small, not for profit club, presently using your service on a free licence.
I am seeking improved functionality, and you have advised me that an upgrade to a Silver account at $9.99 per month would meet our needs. I am about to sign up for this.
Two days ago Yola Support quoted me a 20% discount on the cost for this by 'phone, for an annual licence - sterling £59 per annum, They promised to email me a coupon so that I could claim this rate.
I have not seen this email yet - could you please expedite it so that we can proceed?
