If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
Why does my published page not look as good as my edited page? I edited image margins carefully so the images were spaced pleasantly, but when I published the page, the margins were gone, and all the images were jammed together.
I'm hoping that this is just a delay in processing the update. Check again and if not corrected go back to your sitebuilder and see if the spacing is showing as you last edited it.
The sitebuilder view isn't a perfect facsimile of the published site but the preview facility is very good most of the time :). It is a very good strategy to check your published site after any editing, as you have done. Sometimes the delay can be a few minutes and this can be confusing so always worth a recheck after about 5 to 10 minutes. Yola sub-domains are slower to update than custom domains as well.
