I have just created a new site at http://britsalsart.yolasite.com
Somehow when I click to view the published site, I see nothing at all, it's not loading, although it has been published?
Thanks
Sal

Hello BritSAL

Your website is up for me. Can you clear your cache/try in a different browser/try on a different computer for me, please? Thanks.

Hi BritSAL,

Could you let me know if you are still unable to see your yolasite online? I was able to view it successfully first time. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

When I add the URL http://britsalsart.yolasite.com

I'm sorry but based on your screenshots I'm not sure I understand the problem. Are you saying you can't see your published website, or you can't load it in the Sitebuilder? We are all able to load http://britsalsart.yolasite.com without issue and we have attached screenshots for your reference to this effect, but now I'm concerned we're misunderstanding the issue.

Unless your site has been indexed by search engines it won't show up on web searches by that service.

I can see your site Sal, so I have no idea what the problem may be. There have been times when certain regions can't see a site and a documented example was one where a person from Canada with a .ca site had published their site but couldn't see it. Another person from the UK could see it and in SEA I couldn't see it.

Then within a few more minutes the person in Canada could see it but I was still unable to. Then a few more minutes and I could see it. So strange things do happen Sal but unfortunately haven't been explained. I suspect that your site will become apparent to you spontaneously.

Hi,
I have designed and published my site.

http://hypnotherapyliverpool.yolasite...

I could view it in 2 browsers for a few weeks. I when I tried to look at it yesterday and today I am getting this error message:

"No data received
Unable to load the web page because the server sent no data."

The site is still editable through the Yola Dashboard.

Any ideas? Please help
Many thanks.

Site not showing in 2 browsers.

Hi britsal and aj-hypnotherapy,

We've been unable to replicate the problem you are experiencing, but we are still looking into it. Can you both please confirm your physical location and ISP provider?

Thanks for your patience as we work through this.

I am in the UK, and with AOL. I can work on the site fine in sitebuilder. When I click on the link the site ( the link as shown in my screenshot above in sitebuilder - not through a search engine ) it will not load up to view it as others see it. In the small screenshot at the bottom of my screen, it says waiting for britsalsart.yolasite.com, the main screen remains white while trying to load. I can view my other site with a domain with yola at www.britsal.net just fine. It is just this yola site which doesnt have a domain, and other site I have also with yola who I set up for a friend ( that doesnt show either ). I would have feared it was a setting on my computer which may have been wrong, yet I can view the www site perfectly? It looks like aj-hypnotherapy has the same problem as I do. I have also tried viewing not on AOL, just through Firefox and IE, but still no joy. It's very frustrating as has been like this for several days now. Have cleared my cache daily.

Hi Britsal - thanks for the reply. It could be that your ISP is blocking .yolasite.com sites for some reason. I can try and contact them but I don't know if they'll respond or how long it will take.

Another way to confirm that it is your ISP having issues with .yolasite.com addresses is to ask someone on a different connection (not AOL) to try the site and see if they're able to see it.

Ok folks, problem is sorted. Incase it helps anyone else, this is what we did here. We have two routers here at home, so tried changing to the other one. The sites loads fine! Our original router is newer and has a firewall built in - "Netgear DG2000", so we are working on this now, to try and get the site to load with it..but in the meantime, the site shows fine on the old router - "Belkin" :-) At least I know the problem is resolvable. If aj-hypnotherapy would like to try a different router, he / she may find that's what the problem was. I do thank you ALL for your input and time spent on this. Without my Yola fix I am a grouch!
Thank you again Yola and friends, and I wish you all a great weekend.
