Hi Yola

How is everybody?

I've just checked my 2 published websites and i was very dissapointed to find out that they are not published when in fact it shows published. Is there something going on at your end or simply doesn't work at the moment?

In your DNS settings, what IP are your A records set to?

Hi Andy,

You'll need to change the IP address your domain is pointing to. The new IP address is 184.72.229.176.

hi

the settings are correct it's been working fine until yesterday.

i think all comes from Yola

The ip is pointing to yola.

Hi Andy - your IP address has been pointing to Yola but we've had to change it (more info on the link that I posted). If you change it to 184.72.229.176, your site will be up again.

changed the ip and still the same. Any ideas?

Wait a few minutes for it to take effect, and clear your browser's cache

Hi Andy - it looks like you've only changed one A Record and the other is still pointing to the old one. However, changes like this can take a few hours, so it could still be taking effect.
