Publishing only specific pages

can I publish only specific pages? I'm working on a series of interconnected pages for a form submission, however, I don't want to publish everything or else people will try using it in an incomplete state. It seems though that certain links may not work until the pages are published. So my dilemma is I can't test properly without publishing everything and I don't want to have one page published with the current changes until it is in a final ready state.

Hi Kevin.coles,

You can remove pages from your main navigation if you don't want them to appear there, however they will still be published and if your site visitor has the URL of the page (I'm not exactly sure how they would have gotten it, but just for the sake of saying) the page would be published. If you wanted to really have the pages protected from viewing, you could also password protect them.

These are the steps to removing a page from your navigation:

1. Click on the "Edit Navigation" button on the top toolbar.
2. A dialog box will open and you will see the list of your pages in the left-hand pane under "Pages in the Navigation".
3. Click on the page you would like to remove and drag-and-drop it to "Pages out of the Navigation".

The page will no longer be in your navigation.

Here is a tutorial on password protection: Adding Password Protection.

Unfortunately there isn't really a way to remove pages from the pages that are published besides trying to hide them by removing from the navigation.

I hope this helps!
