I can update my site and publish it and some people can view it and others get a black screen with a white box and a small red "x" in the middle. Can anyone explain why this is? It is happening to my friends AOL browser. Does it have to do with cookies?
Please help.

I can see your site both on your own domain and on your subdomain. I am looking at your site in Firefox. Maybe some other people can take a look and tell us what they see.

one of my friends got through to the site using www.teamgrimreapers.com and my other friends (using the same domain) are getting a black screen with, a box with an "x" in it. And it doesn't load. Could these be because I have a domain and subdomain? Could it be a hosting issue?

i am using IE at the computer at my college. when i go to your domain name i see the black page, but when i go to the synthasite url i see your site.

it is definatley an IE thing or possibly an issue with the way you are publishing your site or maybe a bug with the system, although i can only guess what it would be. I have been noticing a few bugs in my site that were not around before the update this weekend

what browser do you use? if you work on your site in firefox, try logging in to your account in IE and republishing it there as well. I find that when something on my site works on firefox browsers but not IE, fixing the problem and republishing my site in IE usually fixes the problem

for exmaple, a couple of the paragraphs that I had aligned to the left in firefox became centered in IE. so i logged in to my account in IE and made all those paragraphs aligned to the left, and it solved the problem.

i realy don't have a direct solution for you, but hopefuly this helps.

Can you tell me what browser you are using? Google Chrome users sometimes report this problem, as Chrome is not one of our supported browsers. If you are using Chrome, please try in Firefox (recommended) or Internet Explorer. If you are not a Chrome user and you are still unable to publish, please let us know.

Excellent! I hope we can start supporting Chrome soon. In the meantime I am glad IE worked for you. By the way, I have noticed that I can update Yola sites in the latest version of Chrome, so it might be worth upgrading if you haven't done so recently. But even then I can't guarantee a good result, so IE or Firefox are probably your best bet for now.

Hi Mrs. R! You probably already know this but I just want to let you know that Google Chrome is now a supported browser!
