Every time I publish my website (www.deltawoolshop.co.uk) I get an error message to say it hasn't published. I have reported this via email but have never received a response. Sometimes the changes show up on the web site. Other times, they don't. It is becoming a real problem.

Please help. Thanks, James

Hello James

I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem. I've managed to locate your e-mails, and one was replied by Sanja, the other one by Nazlie. Didn't you receive their answers? Please check the Spam folders of your e-mail account.

While we weren't able to replicate the publishing problems you had, the issues you had to use your Sitebuilder have been fixed. Can you please let me know what browser and browser version you're using? Also, if you could give me as much detail as possible, e.g. what exact steps you do, I'll be able to look into this for you again and bring it our engineers' attention if necessary.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I've no emails in the spam folder, thought I guess they coiuld have been deleted. They normally come through alright, so I'm not sure what happend there!
After making changes I press the publish button in the top right hand corner. It then take a long time (4-5 minutes), before I get the error message 'sorry something went wrong'
It does seem to publish the changes eventually, but can take anything from a few minutes to a several hours.

I'm using Google chrome Version 32.0.1700.76 m (i think this is right). I have also tried on internet explorer and had the same problem.

Thanks, James

Hello James

It looks like I'm able to replicate that re-publishing your website takes a long time and I finally get the same error message as you do. When I look into your Sitebuilder, I can see that you have a high amount of pages. Do you happen to know how many pages you've created for your website? If the page amount is too high, let's say higher than 500, this can cause problems. I'd suggest to reduce the amount of your pages.

I can see that you're trying to sell your products online using the PayPal Ecommerce Widgets, and that you've added a separate page for each item. Looking at your amount of products, I can only recommend to consider using Yola Online Store. You can sell up to 1,000 products and you won't need to create a new page for each product as it all works through the Yola Online Store Widget which will load quickly even with a high amount of products. You can create categories and add Yola Online Store to multiple pages, but you won't need an as high amount of pages as at the moment.

Also, Yola Online Store gives you many more options to manage your store: You can offer more payment options than just PayPal, e.g. credit card payment, you can track your inventory and save your customers' data. Here you can find more information about Yola Online Store:

Yola Online Store is well-priced and only costs USD 100.00 per year without any additional fees from Yola's side.

Thanks very much for that. Does the 1000 products include variations of a product e.g. different colours? I have over 1000 products, but most of them are variations of a single product. The on-line store does sound like the perfect solution.

Hello James

I'm very happy to hear that upgrading to Yola Online Store could be an option for you! Yes, you can definitely add product options, such as colour, size, amount, etc. You won't need to add every variation of the same product as a new item. Also, you can add a gallery of pictures for every product to show the variations available.

If you'd like to view a few real-life Yola Online Store examples created by Yola customes on their websites, please refer to our thread Yola Online Store examples and features.
