I have just published my synthasite web site on an existing domain name (purchased with godaddy some time ago). A am a real novice at all this and the tutorial was great up to a point. Half way in it kept referring to "publish site" buttons and subsequent menus, which at least on my site, don't seem to exist (any more perhaps?).
I still managed to complete the task - just shows you how great the tutorial really is :-). But perhaps you want to look into this and upgrade it for others or perhaps even less competent people than myself (not sure if there are many out there, but you never know :-)).

Thanks for a great site - just love playing on synthasite

Glad you are enjoying Synthasite. If you had all ready published your site to a sub domain of Synthasite, and then decide to switch to a custom domain, as the site is all ready published you have to click on Update My Site which then takes you through the steps of changing your domain name.

Kudos to you for figuring that out, and yes we will look into making that easier to understand. Thanks for bringing that to our attention, we appreciate it!
