We are not aware of any problems on our side.

Can you tell me if your site is still hosted with us? If it is hosted with us, please remind me who your domain name registrar is.

We would like to help you with this as soon as we can.

ok here it goes !
I had my site working perfectly with you and publishing to my domain name and a free synthasite one ( i had to change nameservers to zoneedit) Then i went and bought a web hosting package with streamline.net so i went back to my domain resistrar (nameroute) and changed the nameservers to suit streamline. I couldnt get my synthasite site to work on their server so i went back to nameroute and changed the nameservers back to zoneedits. then republished my site from synthasite to my domain name and it worked fine. Now my site is gone from google and i cant publish from synthasite to my domain either! I really cant understand whats happened because it worked fine up until a couple of days ago. My site is still showing on that domain too.

cancel that Monique its working fine. The problem was that i went to publishing settings, manage domains and checked my domain which came back invalid but when i republished it still works fine. Havnt got a clue why it said invalid??? maybe youve got a small bug there?? I dont think many people will spot it if there is. lol

Thanks for your help though

Hello,

It looks like it is working well now? I can see your SynthaSite at that domain and your nameserver settings are correct?

Is there anything else still not working for you?

I am glad to hear that! We are aware of the bug with the invalid message. But what about the situation with your site and Google? Is that also resolved?

I was busy scratching my head and consulting the people who know about these things. . .So I will be relieved if you assure me that everything really is 100%

i think i panicked abit there, what with all the changes ive made over the last few sleepless nights.lol. its working fine but im still not on google. after i wrote the blog the other day i thought id better practice what i preach so i went and deleted all the links that werent relevant to my site and now ive disappeared off of google !!! Ive got the old page downloaded but its not really much use because i cant upload it. Do you have a roll back feature?? lol

Google is so unpredictable!!!
