I would consider a good and reliable host one that does all they can to ensure excellent uptime of their service and responds rapidly and decisively when problems do arise. While we strive to be such a service at all times, only you can decide whether we succeed in this to your satisfaction.
Right now we are of course deeply concerned with the situation and working non-top to resolve it. We will continue to strive to restore our reputation for excellent uptime of our site builder and our published sites.
