purchasing domain- unable to process transaction

I have been trying to purchase a domain for my site, each time I click the 'purchase' button I am informed that either my form is incorrect or that it is unable to process the transaction. As far as I am aware my card isn't expired or blocked and I have available funds so don't understand why I am unable to complete the transaction. I thought that it may be browser compatability, as I use Opera, but trying it on Internet Explorer also has the same problem.
Can anyone help with this?

Hello Jesslovelooms

Are you using Internet Explorer 8? We are trying to find out if there is a bug with the payment screens for people using IE8. Please could you try switching on compatibility mode in your browser, this link will give you more information on how to do that.

If you could also let us know what anti-virus software you are using and if you have any toolbars installed in your browser.

Alternatively, you can try using another browser like Firefox to make your purchase: Download Firefox

Opera is not a browser we currently support, so please do try using Firefox if IE8 does not work for you.

Please let us know if you have any further trouble with this.

Hi. I have just checked with my bank and it seems that there were several payments attempted. From what I understand they have all been declined, however is it possible for you to check and confirm this on your system? I am cautious to attempt another purchase until I am sure I haven't already paid for anything.

Hi Jessloveslooms,

As this is payments related, I would prefer it if we move away from the public forum. Would you mind sending an email with your Yola account details, and any related references from the declined transactions, so that I can look into it for you? You can email support@yola.com, and mark it for my attention.
