Is anybody else having difficulties with Yola support. I have now been trying to resolve several important issues with the support staff for several days and I can't even get a reply let alone the required attention.
No problems at all ! I've posted several questions and received prompt and very helpful advice from Yola staff and from other members on every occasion.
Your profile says you only joined today and I don't see any other queries in your name. Are you on the same Forum that you posted the queries?
You might be new to this forum but you are a regular visitor in support. You have given us great feedback on our support in the past, so we are sorry that lately your experience hasn't been that positive.
In the interest of transparency I will tell you what is going on: an unusually large number of our support team is out sick and at the same time we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of emails and calls. The staff who are working are doing their level best to keep up, but these two factors create a bit of a perfect storm as you can imagine.
