I've been trying to find a broken link for a couple of weeks

http://a-class-driving.synthasite.com...=

But no one seems to have any idea, so I've been using free broken link finders on the net and one has just returned this as a bad broken link

http://www.quantcast.com/p-b8x17GqsQ_656

When I click on it it takes me to here - see image. It's some how connected to synthasite so I'm sure someone will know about it.

The only reason why I ask is that I'm hunting a 404 error message in google, it doesnt tell me where it's located and then I use the link finding tool, telling me that this quantcast is a 404 error link. Maybe this is what I'm looking for. How would I go about finding it in my site and how do I get of it?

Hi Will,

Quantcast is an analytics tool that SynthaSite uses to measure traffic across all of the sites that it hosts. You can read more about it here: http://www.quantcast.com/docs/display...

I had a look at your site and the only 404 error I could find was unrelated to Quantcast. Could you tell me more about the 404 error message that you see in Google? Which Google service is returning this message to you?

I'm using google webmaster tools and keep getting this (see image below)

In webmaster tools the two broken links appeared soon after I changed my background design. I've completely deleted my main page and built it again in a vain attempt to get rid of the bad hidden link. I've used every tool I can find online and nothing comes back with anything remotely similar to the ones on webmaster tools. The link is supposed to be on my main index page. I have deleted and resubmitted my sitemap several times and even deleted my site from my dashboard and went for re-verification. Which didnt solve my problem, but did interestingly make my webmaster tools statistics section work. Before there was no information to be had there!

I've asked around, including on google webmasters forum and nobody seems to know what it is. I've been using a few tools to try and find anything close to this error/missing/broken URL 404 error message and can't come close. Found it interesting that a few tools I've used have returned two 404 error messages and both have been linked to quantcast.com

Is there anyway that they could be linked?
