Question about Credit cards and not renewing my service

Hi I got a notice saying my credit card will be expiring and if i don't update it there will be disruptions to my service. I don't intend to renew my Yola account next year (I have paid for a year so I expect that the service will be there for a year. Do I have to formally cancel the account when December comes around?

Good day,

I would suggest cancelling your account if you do not want it to renew. You can always renew manually if you change your mind.

Please send an email from the login email address of Yola account to cancellations@yola.com with your request. You will receive an email from Yola support with a link to cancel your subscription.
