Your customer support folks don't take the time to read the details in a request for help. I can't stand repeating myself to countless people, and also for them to not understand the very plain, detailed, and simple content of my issue. You really disappoint me. I'll let others know they should avoid this web browser building site. You caused my customers a great deal of unhappiness as well.
