i upgraded to silver but the yola link is still there - it has been a few days now and i have cleared my cookies and history so any ideas would be gratefully received. I must add that my subscription to silver lapsed and i have recently renewed. Thanks.
If you re-publish your site by hitting the green Publish button in the Sitebuilder this will clear the Yola brand from your site. It is hanging onto the older classification and probably needs this shot in the arm.
If it doesn't then just check the status of your account to verify your account has in fact been re-classified as Silver again.
