My website's domain,, expired recently (I believe on 22 July) and is currently listed as "** The following domains have expired and are no longer" on my Yola profile. What is the fastest way for me to recover that domain name?

EDIT: Going to, it appears to be being sat upon by Network Solutions; it says " expired on 07/22/2014 and is pending renewal or deletion.", with a link to backorder the domain.

Hello Jack,

If you purchased your domain through Yola (which appears you have done) then you have a 30 day grace period to renew after the expiry. Simply make a payment and your domain will be re-activated.

If after this period then you have to wait 60 to 90 days for the site to become available in the open market and then you need to buy it as you did originally.

Hi Jack,

There was an error in your MyYola account making it appear that you were not able to reclaim your domain but I have resolved that so if you head to the Domains section in your MyYola account you'll see you can now reclaim your domain.
