Ok. so I've got a jquery bx slider on my site... works fine on chrome, firefox. but not in Internet Explorer...

In IE there are horrible red boarders that surround the next and previous image links...

pls; take a look aptbiz(dot)yolasite(dot)com

It must be a CSS issue... but I did not add any CSS for this jquery slider... It worked before... just recently.. is it IE ?

<img src="image.gif" alt="whatever" style="border: none;" /> will turn off the border of a partic image.

Or to turn off the border on all images add a style sheet with this in it or add it to your style sheet:

img { border: none; }

I can't see the code for the prev and next buttons. I would add the style="border: none;" to the code associated with the image src for the buttons.

OK. make the change in that file then. (Explains the CSS not working I think.)
Replace the existing HTML with the indicated amended HTML.

Try this:

<img src="resources/prev.jpg">
change to
<img src="resources/prev.jpg" style="border: none;">

similarly
<img src="resources/next.jpg">
to
<img src="resources/next.jpg" style="border: none;">

Gop, sorry to say... edited the .js with a few variations... just stopped my slide from working :(

I've not added any CSS to accommodate the bx slider...

Like I said, it had worked before on IE... but all of a sudden IE think's it's a great idea to add a red box around it... #confused...

I'll have a bit more of a play... thanks for the input, really appreciate it!
